- In about 90 minutes we will discuss your goals more in detail. I’ll outline my step-by-step strategy for finding your dream home with the best possible terms.
- We will also review the property specifics needed for your home search, the legal paperwork, financing options, and any relevant market information.

The Grand Tour and Prepare to Make an Offer
- Once we’ve narrowed down your search, I can set up email or text alerts directly from the MLS to keep you as informed as possible in this fast moving market. Then, we can tour homes together as they become available.
- When we find a home that will work for you, we’ll go through everything that is needed for the offer paperwork.
- From accepted offer to closing, I’ll ensure everything is moving along smoothly with your home purchase so that you won’t have any of the unnecessary stress.
